How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking numbers for your order once the shipped. Track your package every step of the way!
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered but take a day or two to show up. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please make sure to purchase shipping protection at checkout and contact the carrier to verify the status of the package.
Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.
We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.
What if my order never arrives or is stolen?
To protect your order against loss or theft, add shipping protection at checkout. When you add shipping protection, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 48 hours.
